Rules of conduct for supervisors in sport

The sports federations in the Netherlands take sexual harassment seriously. These rules have been endorsed by all national sports federations. The rules are made to reduce the risks of unwanted behavior in the relationship pupil and trainer and they function as a touchstone for the behavior of coaches and athletes in concrete situations. Below are the eleven rules of conduct endorsed by all national sports organizations affiliated with NOC*NSF.

Rules of conduct at the association

At the Noordwijk Rescue Squad you have to deal with intimacy. Many activities involve physical contact. Think of romping, staying in small spaces and showering in common areas. The active use and propagation of the rules of conduct helps to prevent boundaries from being crossed.
