The NRB assumes no responsibility or liability for any problems that may arise during activities performed by the undersigned, while sailing with the NRB. The undersigned is at all times liable for any damage caused by him or her to the NRB.
Participation is entirely at your own risk. By signing this statement the participant declares that the NRB is not liable for (consequential) damage or injury in any form and from any cause whatsoever.
